Here are the two documents that turn the workshop into words: the Brand Architecture and the Communication Platform. Both were rebuilt around your own line from the investor deck, prove every dollar reached the kids, so the word the whole brand owns is now Reached.
Read them in that order. The Brand Architecture is the operating system: the story, the word we own, the archetype, the values. The Communication Platform is that voice in action, written for every audience you'll talk to, from a fraud-haunted board to the parents in the stands.
If a line doesn't sound like you, or a fact is off, don't write it down. Take the walk-and-talk on a walk and just say it out loud. It already knows both documents cold, and whatever you tell it comes straight back to us as your changes.
